MODE OF ACTION
- Mojati has dual mode of action: It interferes in nerve impulse transmission by blocking GABA-gated chloride channels in the central nervous system. It blocks the passage of chloride ions resulting in excess neuronal stimulation
- Simultaneously it interferes with postsynaptic nicotinic acetyl choline receptors site of the insect nervous system
- These irreversible blockage leads to the hyperexcitation of the nerves followed by convulsions and eventual paralysis of the insects. Ultimately death of the target insect
METHOD & TIME OF APPLICATION
- MOJATI is recommended as foliar spray
- It should be applied at recommended dose at initial stage of infestation
- Add recommended quantity in a small quantity of water and mix well with stirring
- Add remaining recommended water and spray
